This is a still life acrylic painting of flowers in a sky blue pot in front of a window with a gray sky.  It is 11 x 14 on canvas board.  The flowers are done in bright, slightly mixed colors and stand out against the flat background.  I made the flowerpot look like the sky because I wanted to have a surreal effect, where the man made object was more like nature than nature itself.  Feel free to leave comments or contact me with bids if you want to own this original work of art.

This is an acrylic abstract painting in magenta and white.  It is on 11 x 14 canvas board and is unframed.  I wanted to include some symbolism in this piece, and show something like cosmic energy pulsing in the environment.  This painting was done in a single session and was started with the butterfly, which I then surrounded in fields of color.  I think this piece shows some motion, and the symbolism is pretty obvious.  Feel free to leave comments and any offers for this piece will be considered.

This is an acrylic painting of a hybrid plant.  I grafted an ameryllis onto an aloe and put them in a pot on a stool in front of some trees on a lawn under the blue sky.  Of course, this is all just a fantasy.  There is no such plant as far as I know.  I just thought some bright pink flowers on a light green cactuslike plant would look good.  This is an 11 x 14 canvas board painting, and is unframed.  Leave comments if you are interested in owning this fine piece of original botanical art.

This is an 11 x 14 acrylic abstract painting on canvas board.  I started with a black background and overlaid the orange on this.  It is an attempt to show motion with two colors.  The edges turned out a bit rough, but it succeeds at using simple geometric forms to portray motion.
